Your Privacy

You are telling us about a hard moment in your life. We treat that information the way we would want ours treated: kept small, kept private, and never sold.

What we collect

Only what the Navigator needs to match you to the right programs: your first name, email, and ZIP code; your housing situation and what you're facing; roughly how far behind you are and what you owe; your income situation and what led here; and optionally your age, gender, and household details. You can skip every optional question.

Why we collect it

  • To build your action plan and match you to programs you actually qualify for.
  • So a HomeANCHOR volunteer can follow up if you need a hand.
  • To understand, in aggregate, what housing pressures Clayton County residents face.

What we never do

  • We never sell your information. Not to anyone, for any amount.
  • We never share it with lenders, investors, debt collectors, landlords, or advertisers.
  • We do not run ads on this site or use advertising trackers.
  • We do not report you to anyone or share your information with immigration authorities.

Who can see it

Your submission is stored in a secured database that is locked down by default, no public access is possible. Only a small number of HomeANCHOR operators can read it, and only to help you. We may share anonymous, aggregated counts (for example, how many residents reported a shutoff notice last quarter) with partners and funders. Those numbers never contain your name, email, or anything that could identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, promptly and without asking why. Email admin@homeanchorcc.com. You can also use this site without submitting anything, the resource directory is fully public and requires no information from you at all.

HomeANCHOR provides information and referrals only. We do not give out money, and we are not a lender, law firm, or government agency.
